David Tucker, is a UK solicitor and the CEO of T Group Property with over 25 years of experience within the property industry. Starting from a legal background, David’s entrepreneurial streak has seen him build a number of successful businesses, as well as advise others. David is the former MD and owner of National Law Tutors which, in the year prior to being sold to Tolley’s in 1996, trained 7,500 lawyers.
Since 1998 David has acted as a specialist property investment adviser to private companies and pension funds. His personal commitment has involved the investment of hundreds of millions of pounds within the property industry (at the current values) and he has successfully returned high rewards to partners and funds that he has ran.
Debbie Howard has managed the administration of several national major companies in the legal and investment sectors. She has worked alongside David Tucker over the last 30 years and in that time has built up a wealth of experience in working with professional bodies. Debbie is responsible for the group management and collation of all data records thus allowing transference to any transaction.
Michael Tucker is a dual qualified UK Solicitor and New York Attorney specialising in Property Law. Michael has also been active at T Group property for 5 years and is the managing director of T Group Commercial Limited.
Anna Owens Designs is an interior design studio based in Fulham, London founded by Anna Owens. The studio primarily works on Luxury residential projects both in the UK and internationally for private clients.
Anna’s interiors are personal to each client, but each are designed with consideration to space, light, proportion, material, form and function. Sensitivity to the history and context of the surrounding architecture are also integral to each project.
Anna leads all design projects with the help of her team, who together aim to get to know and understand their clients’ needs and preferences in order to collaborate with them successfully.
With over twenty years in the industry, she has forged relationships with the specialist craftspeople and artisans who work in partnership with the interior design trade to create the beautiful bespoke finishes and furniture each projects requires. It is this aspect of the profession that has been one of the most rewarding and inspired Anna to collaborate with these talented artisans.
Maria joined the Anna Owens Design team in 2018 after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Nottingham. She assists on all aspects of the interior design, from concept to completion, working on sourcing, scheduling FF&E and producing schematic and detailed design drawings.
Carl Griffiths, ACIOB is an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record working on multi-million pound high profile mixed use and high end residential projects. Together with his management skills, this enables him to achieve the high standard of quality clients expect, he has the ability to motivate and lead both contractors and design teams whilst complying fully with programmes.
Paul Ely, BA(Hons), March, RIBA, Having graduated from the Masters course in Architecture, University of Bath, Paul was shortlisted for the RIBA dissertation prize in 2000. Set up own practice following three years in private practice. Experienced in designing and delivering a wide range of projects in the UK and France.
Julian Williams BA (Hons), Dip Arc, RIBA, Director at BB Partnership Ltd.
Julian studied at Cardiff University and qualified as an architect in 1999, the same year that he joined BB Partnership.
He has gained a lot of experience in residential sector developments, ranging from social housing to high-end properties and varying in scale from modest extensions and conversions to large one-off houses and multi-unit developments, including the refurbishment and adaptation of listed buildings. He has also worked on projects in both the medical and commercial sectors.
